How do I get started?

Just schedule a consultation through our site (*see ‘Contact’) or send a DM to our Instagram account @laurenoplingerwellness, discuss your fitness goals, and I’ll build a tailored plan that’s safe for you no matter your training level or where you are on your motherhood journey.

Can I adjust my workout schedule?

Yes! I understand that life gets hectic and sacrifices have to be made. That’s the beauty of remote training. You’re free to do your workouts on your time.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand plans can change. Please try to give a 24-hour notice if you know you can’t make it, but notify me as soon as you know you can’t make it. No call, no show will be charged the full amount for the session.

How does billing work?

Cash or Venmo paid in full at the time of enrollment.

How do I manage my training schedule?

We will set up a training plan to outline different workouts to do throughout the week and you can pick and choose as you go or stick to the schedule we make.

What if I’m not comfortable doing some of the exercises in my plan?

Not a problem! I’m here for you 24/7 to make adjustments as needed. My goal is for you to ENJOY your workout.
